It completely solves the problem of leakage caused by the unreasonable sealing structure of traditional butterfly valves and greatly improves the reliability of valve sealing. The overall all metal sealing type we designed has outstanding advantages in ultra-high temperature conditions ranging from 400 ℃ to 850 ℃, as well as in conditions that generate strong water knives. It does not deform, and the sealing surface is not cut, maintaining good sealing. According to experimental measurements, the opening torque of the adjustable hard sealed butterfly valve is about one-third of that of traditional structural butterfly valves, and its service life is 5-8 times that of traditional hard sealed butterfly valves.
